P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and Remote Addresses
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and remote or rural locations; however, certain shipping methods may not be available for such destinations. Additional restrictions may apply.
Undeliverable Packages and Returns to Sender
In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and is returned to us, we will contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from the actions or omissions of third-party carriers. Our responsibility is limited to tendering the shipment to the carrier in good order.
